What is the return policy?
At Undisclosed, each piece is produced with intention, quality, and consistency. Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or cancelled.
Damaged/Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide further instructions if applicable.
Chargebacks: Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks are not tolerated. Any customer found initiating false chargebacks may be subject to permanent refusal of service. Undisclosed reserves the right to take appropriate action in these cases.
What is priority access
Priority Access determines who enters first. Members are notified before general release and receive access in order of signup. Availability is limited, and priority status affects when access is granted.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within the stated timeframe at checkout. Once shipped, tracking information is provided. Delivery times may vary by destination.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handmade in China in collaboration with specialized artisanal manufacturers. We prioritize craftsmanship, material quality, and controlled production over geography.
How much does shipping cost?
